2. Data collected and purposes of processing

2.1 Contact form

When you complete the form on this website, we collect the following personal data: name, company or business name, email address, telephone number (optional), division of interest and the content of your message.

The data is processed solely in order to respond to your contact or consultancy request. The legal basis for processing is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the Controller's legitimate interest in responding to the communications it receives (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The data is not used for direct marketing or profiling purposes, nor transferred to third parties except as set out in section 4.

2.2 Browsing data

The IT systems and software procedures underlying the operation of this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (e.g. IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time of request). This data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check that it is functioning correctly.

2.3 Cookies and analytics tools

The site may use technical cookies, necessary for the pages to function, and statistical analysis tools (Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager) to measure visits in aggregated and anonymised form. 3. Retention period

Data submitted through the contact form is retained for the time strictly necessary to handle the request and, should a commercial relationship be established, for the entire duration of that relationship and for the subsequent period required by law (ordinarily 10 years for accounting and tax records).

Browsing data is retained in aggregated form for no longer than 14 months.

4. Data recipients

Personal data is neither disseminated nor transferred to third parties for their own purposes. It may be disclosed to parties performing functions instrumental to the Controller's activity (e.g. email service and IT infrastructure providers), appointed as Data Processors pursuant to art. 28 GDPR, who guarantee adequate levels of protection.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure (registered office: 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Data transfers to the USA take place in compliance with the safeguards provided by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

5. Rights of the data subject

Pursuant to arts. 15–22 GDPR you have the right to:

• access your personal data and obtain a copy of it;
• request its rectification if inaccurate or incomplete;
• request its erasure (the "right to be forgotten"), where the conditions are met;
• object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• request the restriction of processing;
• receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (portability).

To exercise your rights you may write to info@packlife.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
